Ms So was appointed as Joint Company Secretary in April 2023.

Ms So has over a decade of governance experience working with private, public and listed companies across a number of industries, and has extensive experience in company secretarial, board and corporate governance matters. Ms So was previously a principal listings adviser at the ASX where she had extensive involvement in the oversight of listed entities and specialised in ASX Listing Rule compliance including policy and development, initial public offerings, capital raisings and other corporate activities. Ms So is dual qualified in law and commerce and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.
