Mr Nolan has over 30 years experience as a legal practitioner, working in private practice and as an In house adviser in the finance, government, and engineering/construction sectors. 

He was head of legal for Bankwest and a member of its executive, and prior to joining ERA was an internal legal adviser for the head contractor on the Ichthys LNG project.
