On Thursday 3 May, Energy Resources of Australia (ERA) held its first public information day for the 2018 dry season.

Local residents and tourists travelling through the region took part in a free BBQ and a free behind the scenes bus tour of the Ranger mine where they had the chance to learn about ERA operations and meet with staff.

The monthly open days will continue during the dry season in June, July and August.
